A woman in blue workout leggings and a matching sports bra is standing on a mini trampoline with ankle weights inside a bright room with large windows and houseplants.

REBOUNDING completely changed the way I think about working out. Once I learned that just 15 minutes on a rebounder delivers the same cardio results as a 30 minute run I was sold. I am NOT a runner.

There are some super fun free classes found on YouTube and Instagram. Shop my 2 favorite at home rebounders . Some have handles. some don’t, it’s just a minor personal preference.

A woman doing a plank exercise on a yoga mat in a bright studio with plants and shelves, surrounded by workout accessories like resistance bands, a water bottle, and headphones.

If you’re not already doing hot Pilates or hot yoga once a week, this is your sign. The heat takes everything up a level—better stretches, deeper muscle activation, and that drenched, detoxed feeling that makes you feel instantly reset. It’s tough, addictive, and so worth it. There’s not much in the world that gives me the satisfaction this does. This type of hardcore sweat has something special about it.

And don’t overthink what to bring— I have all the items on the list. Moisture wicking shorts are a MUST.

A woman exercising on a pilates reformer in a dimly lit gym with neon signs that say 'more hardcore' in pink and blue.

Pilates is another exercise built for beginners to experts. I started with reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates simultaneously—and would 10/10 start there again. As I got stronger, I naturally progressed into Lagree. The intensity, the slow burn, and the constant core engagement have given me the strongest core I’ve ever had. Lagree is a more athletic type of Pilates on a Megaformer. I have seen major ab results from Lagree.

Of course, I’ve linked my go-to Pilates outfits to make getting started even easier.

A woman exercising on a vibration plate machine in a bright living room with large windows showing a view of palm trees and the ocean.

This is one of my favorite “small upgrades” that makes a big difference. A vibration plate works by engaging your muscles through constant micro-movements, helping to improve tone, circulation, and overall body awareness. It’s quick, effective, and easy to layer into what you’re already doing.

How to incorporate it:
Use it for a few minutes before your workout to activate your muscles, or after to unwind and support recovery. You can keep it simple by standing or take it up a level with light squats, lunges, or core work. You should also stack it with rebounding by doing a quick vibration set first.
